Roadrunner Email Settings – SMTP, IMAP & POP3.

How to set up your Roadrunner email account with third-party email programs like Gmail, your Android Phone, your iPhone, Apple Mail, eM Client, Entourage, Incredimail, Mailbird lite, Opera, Thunderbird, Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016.

If you want your Roadrunner emails to be retrievable in desktop email programs or on your mobile phone, then you must set up the server settings in your chosen email program, first.

Open your chosen email program, find Server Settings, and enter the following server settings.

POP or POP3 Settings for Roadrunner Email.

Local Roadrunner Email Settings.

If the above does not work for you, and your have a localized email address, such as [email protected], then try the following settings:

Incoming server settings:

Username: Your full email address with @maine.rr.com (example) at the end. The email address varies based on your location, it could be kc.rr.com or satx.rr.com or something else.

Password: Your RR.com email password.
Server: pop-server.maine.rr.com (example).
Port: 110
Security type: None

Outgoing server settings:

Server: smtp-server.maine.rr.com (example).
Port: 587 (Could also be 25)
Security type: None
Require sign-in: Check
Username: [email protected] (example)
Password: Your RR.com email password.
